Returns
On hard surface product or cartoned items such as Hardwood, Laminate, or Ceramic Tile, it is necessary to allow
for an approximate 15% - 20% waste factor for the installation. Upon completion of the install, any excess in full
cartons will be eligible for return. The credit for each item returned will be credited upon completion and collection of
remaining balance. Procedure is the same for any returned full piece transitions and moldings.
